The Greek real estate market is overcoming the standstill in which it had come during the so called “stone” years of the crisis. The mood causes positive vibes and raises expectations for something better, especially after the new development incentives legislated in 2019 and will take effect in the ensuing year.
The real estate market will estimate 115,000 sales of holiday houses per year in areas other than the popular destinations and not only for investors targeting the “golden visa” for issuing residence permits by investing at least EUR 250,000 in properties. The benefits for the Greek economy will proliferate through direct and indirect taxes.
The operation with the code “Holiday Home” will be the big bet for the summer of 2020.
